It doesn't make any sense...

I just don't understand how I can do 500 calf raises in class, and be fine, but I do 200 at home, and my calves hurt and cramp for days.

Possible theories:
1) I do calf raises slower by myself.
2) The air quality is bad in my apartment compared to the kwoon.
3) Even though I did more cooldown stretching at home, maybe I didn't do enough warmup stretching.
